A representative with Southern Charity Poker will meet with you to plan the size of the event and entry fees to help you meet your fundraising goals. We will carefully explain all the financial aspects of the tournament through the entire event so that you can properly set expectations and measure them.
Equipment
We provide all the equipment necessary to run a professional, Vegas-style poker tournament, including 8 foot tables, casino quality clay poker chips and playing cards, professional time-keeping and tournament management software.
Promotion
We will be involved in promoting your event from beginning to end, providing advertising materials, and advising on creative and effective methods of promoting your event to ensure its success.
Dealers
Knowledgeable dealers help make the tournament experience more enjoyable and smooth. We will train your volunteers prior to the event, and show them how to maintain control of the table. Of course, a tournament manager will always be readily available to answer any questions.
Pre-planning
We want to help you make an annual poker tournament a tradition...we can help make that happen by ensuring that your guests have a great time, and maintaining contact with registrants periodically throughout the year to remind them of your upcoming annual event. Good tournaments tend to grow larger each year.
